THE HANGER & SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped via UPS. Additional shipping rates will apply to international orders. If you would like to us to use your own cargo company, please email us at estore@thehangerclothing.com with the word “SHIP MY WAY” in the subject line.

*** Please note: The buyer is responsible for all duties, tariffs, taxes, broker fees, and all other miscellaneous customs related fees, plus and freight charges.

UPS standard shipping charges will apply to all orders. Shipments are sent out daily, Monday through Friday (excluding observed holidays).

  • Ground: 3-7 days, depending on destination)
  • 3 Day Select: Delivery by end of day)
  • 2nd Day Air: Delivery by end of day)
  • 2nd Day Air AM: Delivery by 10:30 am)
  • Next Day Air Saver: Delivery by 3pm)
  • Next Day Air: Delivery by 10:30am)
  • Next Day Air Early AM: Delivery by 8:30am)

*** THESE DELIVERY TIMES ARE DETERMINED FROM THE TIME YOUR ORDER IS CONFIRMED AND DEPARTS FROM OUR WAREHOUSE.

*** SHIPPING COST DEPENDS ON THE TRUE WEIGHT OF THE PACKAGE AND THE DESTINATION. THE ACTUAL COST IS CALCULATED ONCE THE ORDER IS PROCESSED.

*** SHIPPING COST FOR ALL ORDERS ARE IN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER

*** ALL SALES ARE MADE FINAL AFTER PURCHASE.

Once you receive your merchandise, please check the contents of your package immediately.

We only consider return requests for damaged and wrongly shipping items. Damaged and/or wrongly shipped item claims must be submitted within 14 business days from shipped date.

To get started, please fill out our Return Authorization Form and email us at estore@thehangerclothing.com with the word “RA FORM” in the subject line. Our Return Authorization form must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. No returns will be accepted after the allotted time and (1) without prior written authorization, and (2) without our assigned RA number.

In the body of the email, please provide us with the following information:

  • COMPANY NAME:
  • INVOICE #:
  • STYLE #:
  • COLOR:
  • QUANTITY:
  • REASON FOR RETURN:
  • PHOTO OF DAMAGED ITEM(S) OR WRONGLY SHIPPED ITEM(S) ATTACHED TO EMAIL A COMPLETED COPY OF OUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM ATTACHED TO EMAIL.

*** ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE BUYER’S CLAIM, THE BUYER WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH THE HANGER’S RA (RETURN AUTHORIZATION) NUMBER.

*** ALL RETURNS WILL BE RESOLVED CASE BY CASE SINCE ALL CIRCUMSTANCES WILL VARY.

*** DAMAGED RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED AS STORE CREDIT OR REFUND.

*** IN CASE AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT, THE BUYER WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT.

*** ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PURCHASE CONDITION (UNWORN & UNWASHED), INCLUDING ORIGINAL PRODUCT PACKAGING AND LABELS.

*** PLEASE ALLOW 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR RETURN TO PROCESS.

*** WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU IF YOUR CLAIM IS NOT MADE WITHIN THE 14 BUSINESS DAY TIME FRAME.
